Pediatric Physical Therapy Services, PLLC (PPTS) provides Physical Therapy for eligible
students at the
Communication Center. Services are provided either individually or in
a group depending on the need of the child. A licensed Physical Therapist works with
children who have delays or disorders of gross motor development (for example: walking,
running, stair negotiation, climbing on play equipment, ball skills) or who have certain
neurological or orthopedic conditions that impact gross motor development. The Physical
Therapist will work with the child individually and consult with other professionals at the
Communication Center as well as with the parents or guardians to assure that the
intervention is comprehensive.
